Nomination & Election of Board of Directors, Annual General Meeting, 2021
Members are advised that in accordance with Article 18 of the Club’s Constitution, nominations are hereby called for election to the Board of Directors, 2021. Seven (7) directors are to be elected.
Nominations for the 2021/2022 Board of Directors open on Sunday
14 March 2021 and nomination forms will be available from the count room, through enquiry at reception.
Each nomination must be in writing signed by the Candidate, Proposer and Seconder, who must all be financial full members. Nomination Forms should be lodged with the General Manager at the Club premises by no later than 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 28 March 2021, when nominations will close.
After the closing date for nominations, ballot papers will be printed showing the names of candidates, as decided by lots drawn by the returning officer at a special board meeting, to be held on Monday
29 March 2021, specifically for that purpose.
The annual election of the Board of Directors will be conducted by postal and electronic vote. Ballot papers will be posted to members and electronic voting will be available online and in the Club foyer by
19 April 2021.
Voting closes at 12 noon on Sunday 16 May 2021.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Sunday,
23 May 2021.
