CLUB GRANTS

North Ryde RSL proudly participates in the ClubGRANTS Scheme, a vital community funding program sponsored by local clubs. This initiative allows registered clubs to provide grants for meaningful community development and support projects, creating a positive impact across various sectors.

Through this scheme, we offer financial assistance to charity organisations, schools, sporting clubs, and other community groups, helping them continue their invaluable work. Together, we aim to strengthen our community and provide support where it’s needed most.

ClubGRANTS funding is divided into two categories:

Category 1

This category focuses on supporting specific community programs and development initiatives.
Coordinated through Ryde Council, eligible projects include community welfare and social services,
health services, employment assistance, and initiatives aimed at improving the living standards of low-income and disadvantaged individuals.

Applications for Category 1 funding typically open in March each year.

Category 2

This category supports broader community programs,
including financial and in-kind assistance for activities such as junior sports and grassroots sporting initiatives,
veteran welfare programs, and general community development and support activities.

Category 2 funding is managed directly by the club throughout the year.
